Kim Seipp serves as NAWT’s Educational Coordinator. Kim has been involved in the onsite industry since 1981. She and her husband own and operate a pumping and inspection service on the Eastern Plains of Colorado. Their original business was started by her husband’s father in 1959. Kim has been passionate about training and education within the industry for many years and worked with the local State Association Colorado Professionals in Onsite Wastewater (CPOW) to create a training program for practitioners in Colorado. From there, she began to work with NAWT and became their Educational Coordinator in 2016. She continues to try to improve the programs that NAWT offers and make them more accessible for practitioners in all sectors at all levels.
